Overview
Deloitte needed a digital platform that would position them as thought leaders in business transformation while providing genuine value to C-suite executives navigating unprecedented change. The brief was to create more than just a podcast directory—they wanted an immersive content experience that would become a trusted resource for decision-makers.
The challenge was presenting complex enterprise topics—from AI ROI frameworks to supply chain visibility—in a format that was both accessible and substantive. It needed to serve busy executives who want quick insights while also providing depth for those diving deeper into transformation challenges.
Our Approach
We designed a dual-season architecture that would allow Deloitte to build their thought leadership library over time. Season 1 focused on foundational transformation topics, while Season 2 expanded into more specialized areas like AI strategy and industrial reinvention.
The platform needed to work seamlessly across podcast apps while also providing a rich web experience with features those apps couldn't offer—full transcripts, guest bios, supplementary resources, and visual storytelling.
